01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the felbet website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the felbet Platform.

Your continued use of the felbet Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. felbet recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with felbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and felbet.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the felbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. felbet strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the felbet Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of felbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

felbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the felbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. felbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your felbet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your felbet account.
• Notify felbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

felbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified felbet of a security breach.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the felbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). felbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's terms.

The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on the felbet Platform:

• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes (prohibited under Philippine regulations).
• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by felbet and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in your felbet account wallet section. felbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. felbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

felbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

By claiming any bonus or promotion on the felbet Platform, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer. General conditions applicable to all felbet bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine residents aged 21 and above only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• felbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

felbet's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final and binding.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the felbet Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with games offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the felbet Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing felbet staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.

felbet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

07 Responsible Gaming

felbet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your felbet account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the felbet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the felbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of felbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the felbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without felbet's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of felbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, felbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the felbet Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, felbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond felbet's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Any loss of winnings or account balance resulting from account termination due to a breach of these Terms.

felbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your felbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude felbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Termination & Account Closure

felbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if felbet reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
• Attempted to manipulate games, exploit bonuses, or otherwise act in bad faith.
• Failed to meet or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

You may close your felbet account at any time by contacting felbet customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed or terminated.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the felbet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact felbet's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

12 Amendments to These Terms

felbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, felbet will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the felbet Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
